Turtle Beach is the manifestation of a dream to leave the hustle and bustle of a stress driven life and create a place where family and friends can enjoy a piece of paradise! We asked ourselves “when are people happiest in their lives?” The answer was “when they are on vacation.” And with that we have a created a beautiful complex of Villas and Cabins are tucked into lush landscape and design. Our secluded and desirable location consists of 6 Villas, 2 Suites, 2 Cabins and an adorable 3-bedroom house. There’s no traffic here, because we are situated on a quiet dead-end street where the only noise you will ever hear are the sounds of exotic birds and nature at its very best. You will relax on our beautiful white sandy beach and swim in the crystal clear blue water. And, the reef is right out front for great snorkeling and diving adventures.
Some of our best features are the two pools, the Outdoor Kitchen and our Dock. Our outdoor kitchen has a restaurant sized stove, fridge and all the gadgets. There is loads of seating so guests really enjoy the camaraderie here. One of our pools is located here as well so it is great to just pop out of the pool and make lunch!
So what is new in 2023? Our Macaw Feeder. If you stay in the Birdhouse (formerly known as Whale, but the whale’s just we not coming) or if it happens to be empty during your stay, you will be able to feed these amazing wild birds.
To say this is once in a lifetime opportunity, is an understatement! 
Location is everything! And we have the best. We are located between West Bay Beach and West End, so no hustle and bustle and bothered by vendors or running down at 6 am to try to secure a chair. Water taxis are easy to hail from our dock or walking is about 15 minutes each way. A private location close to the best Roatan has to offer. While we have 3 restaurants located right by us, West End & West Bay Beach is where you can enjoy local shopping, bars and restaurants and local entertainment that’s largely operated by the islands most friendly locals. English is widely spoken here and there is never a problem when communicating with the locals. Honduras used to be a British colony and the vast majority of locals love to speak English with the tourists.
Turtle Beach is in the most picturesque location of all the beaches in Roatan. Our beach is groomed every day and you can enjoy our kayaks, paddle boards hammocks and relaxing lounge chairs solely for Turtle Beach guests. For your convenience, we have free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected if you really want to. And we have speakers you can Bluetooth into on the Beach and the Dock.
The National Park is truly amazing and a 5-minute beachfront walk away with zip lines, monkeys, iguanas, macaws, butterfly and hummingbird gardens and caves where you can learn about the history of the Island. It’s a must to see while you are here in Roatan.
Roatan has the second largest reef in the world and some of the best diving experiences. You won’t be on a boat for an hour to reach the dive sight, over 20 sights are a 5-10 minute boat ride! Even right out in front of Turtle Beach Resort you will enjoy the experience of seeing all kinds of fish, lobsters and even eagle rays can be found. The dive shop now has its own home on the next dock over.
The water taxis come along all throughout the day and night. Also, all other water sport activities will pick you up right at our private dock. Our dock is reserved exclusively for Turtle Beach guests and provides a relaxing all-points view of the surrounding tranquil life style. Of course there is a swing and hammock to snooze the day away in the ocean breeze.
We have full Western Exposure so the panoramic sunsets are dramatic and different every night. These spectacular views are mesmerizing and never get too old to watch. Both our pools have an ocean front view so you can sip a drink while relaxing in the warm inviting water all the while watching the wonderful sunset.
Let’s face it, what more could you ask for?
There are no crashing waves because the reef is about a ¼ mile off shore right in front of Turtle Beach. Other island activities include swimming with the dolphins, Zip Lines, Island Tours, Rum Factory Tours, Fishing, Catamaran Cruises, Little French Key day trips and many others!! Or our favorite just relax on the beach and swim in the ocean.

We have had weddings, family reunions, girl’s trips and birthday parties where the whole group rents the place out for themselves exclusively! What fun! We love doing that! That’s when the outdoor kitchen really comes in handy. We have found that so many guests have made friends with their fellow guests and return the same time every year. We are just the right size to make some life long friends with the same vacation vibes. Honeymooners love it here as well as it’s a perfect paradise!
