Resort Cancellation Policy:
A $200 deposit is required to hold the room. This deposit can be refunded if cancelled 6 months prior to reservation for high season, December-May. It can be refunded if cancelled 3 months prior to reservation June-November. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A credit (not refund) will offered if cancelled within the 60 days only if the room can be rented.
