Ready for a different kind of vacation? Ready to have some fun in the SUN and yet work off a bit of all the great new tastes you take in? Come along on one of our Fitness Retreats. You can enjoy a beach vacation and still get in some exercise with people of the same like mind. Here is the place!!

Wake up in the morning to sunrise yoga, or hike up to the lighthouse to see the sunrise from the Hills. Enjoy boot camp, workouts, meditation, a swim, paddle boarding, kayaking any many other group exercises. Then you will enjoy things like an afternoon on the beach, a sightseeing tour of the island, a massage, an excursion or a catamaran sunset cruise. All will be arranged with our certified instructor.
